Certified Personal Trainer
Coach Bryan’s story began 25 years ago when he first ventured into teaching and
coaching youth sports. As a young athlete and boxer, he developed a deep love for boxing and the discipline it instills. However, life brought its challenges, and in early 2011, Bryan found himself in a doctor’s office discussing his health concerns—sleep apnea, borderline diabetes, and his 325-pound frame.
In 2012, Bryan decided to make a change. He walked into The Jym, took a boxing
class, and never looked back. Reconnecting with his childhood passion for boxing, Bryan made it his mission to transform both his body and his outlook on health and fitness. The journey wasn't just about physical change—it was a mental and emotional transformation that fueled his dedication to helping others.
In 2017, Bryan, along with his wife Bianca and business partner Jerome Davis, opened The Jym - Princeton, where Bryan began training and mentoring others. Today, he continues to train athletes of all ages and skill levels in boxing and sports-specific training. His commitment to the well-being of others has made a lasting impact, and as of 2024, Coach Bryan can be found at Sevens Gym and Nutrition in Princeton, Texas.
Coach Bryan holds several prestigious certifications, including being a USA Boxing Masters Boxer and USA Boxing Certified Boxing Coach. He is also certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine in CPT, GPT, PES, and YES. He uses innovative training methods and emphasizes the importance of lifestyle changes and good nutrition.
Outside of coaching, Bryan and his wife Bianca are deeply involved in their community. They have three children: Bryanna (25), Kieran (21), and Mayan (16). When not coaching, Bryan serves as the President of JMW Consulting Group, LLC, and as the Princeton City Council Member for Place 3. His story is a testament to the power of perseverance, dedication, and the importance of giving back to the community.
